Health and fitness information: information you provide in our Health History Questionnaire, including medical conditions, injuries, physician clearance status, medications, and related health details, as well as workout logs, progress photos, and performance measurements you choose to share with us.
Communications: messages, check-ins, and other correspondence exchanged through our coaching app, email, or messaging platforms.
Website usage information: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard website analytics tools, if enabled on our site.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve our personal training services, including:
Designing, personalizing, and adjusting your workout and nutrition programming.
Evaluating health history and physician clearance information to help ensure your program is appropriate for your condition.

We do not use your health information for any purpose beyond designing and delivering your personal training program.

Payment processors, to process your program payments.
Third-party financing providers (such as Cherry), only if you elect to finance your program through them, and only to the extent needed to process that financing.
Coaching or scheduling software platforms we use to deliver check-ins, programming, and communication.
Legal or regulatory authorities, only if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
We do not share your health information with any party outside of what is described above, and never for advertising or marketing purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including storing sensitive information (such as health history data) in secure, access-limited systems. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal and health information for as long as you are an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for recordkeeping, legal, or tax purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7 below, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements.
